What services do you offer?

We offer one-on-one counseling to high school and college students. Wherever they are in their journey, I can help them navigate through some difficult decisions, job readiness, college readiness and career exploration. No matter where you are in life, if you're in high school, finishing high school or in college, getting ready to step out into the world, we have s9olutions for you here.
I offer one-on-one counseling services for career exploration. It is a 4-session process in which we meet 4 times, 1 hour each. Each session is explained in the “Our Services” link. I also offer single 1 hour consulting sessions regarding topics surrounding job searching, resume writing, advice on how to apply, interview and certain levels of professional development.
I also provide specific topic sessions like college readiness, resume writing, interview skills, social media involvement in job search and general professional development

Click on the “Start Here” link above! All you need to do is fill out a consultation request form and I will be in touch with you soon! WE will start with a quick 15-minute consultation phone call, in person meeting or zoom. This will be our chance to see if career counseling is a good fit for you. Then to see where we are at in your stage of the journey, and where we will go. This is a great get-to-know-you opportunity.
What makes you different?

Aside from my extensive 20 years’ experience working in education (secondary and postsecondary) and working in career counseling for 10 years, I have a passion for helping young people make some important choice in life. My genuine and honest approach makes anyone feel comfortable with the advice I provide. I’m here to help you change, and gain clarity in your life.

Don’t worry. Our comprehensive counseling services provide a complete assessment of their likes/dislike, interests skills involvement activities and an entire assessment of the person, as much as possible. This will help to guide them through their journey. I have a knack at assessing the person and their pasts, interests and skills. I like to envelope myself into accomplishing whatever goal we set.
How much do you charge?

The cost for each counseling sessions is listed under the “Our Services” tab. Please check it out and honestly pretty competitive pricing compared to other counselors who provide the same services. I’m a very hands-on professional who cares deeply about giving young people an opportunity to become even better versions of themselves.
How long does each session last?

Most sessions are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour long. There is always a little homework at the end :) but each session will be highly informative and full of goals
What types of assessments are performed?

Depending on the clients’ needs, there are 3 assessments that they can take. The first one is a general personality assessment, as well as a skills-learned assessment and then an interest assessment. These all lead to a career track of various sorts. At this point, it is a matter of researching these selected careers to make the big choice.
